The duo

Soprano Hanna Lammi and pianist Tuuli Lempa have collaborated since 2005 with both traditional Lied repertoire and music by contemporary composers. The duo has specialized in Scandinavian vocal music and gives in Finland, Sweden and Norway. At the moment Lempa lives in Oslo, Norway and Lammi in Helsinki, Finland.

We have participated in several lied music master classes (with e.g. Dorothy Irving and Matti Hirvonen) and performed together and separate in Nordic countries. As performers it is important to us to create a good contact with the audience and perform lieder in a lively way.

A concert review of the duo's concert in Oslo in 2010:
